We are using 4castplus for purchasing and vendor management, and the flexibility of the software supported a straightforward implementation. The 4castplus team demonstrated strong product knowledge during training, which was helpful in preparing users to work effectively within the system. The platform is comprehensive and user friendly, making vendor and material purchasing management easier to maintain and providing clear visibility into the current status of each purchase order.
While integration with our accounting system is still in progress, we are nearing that phase. Several implementation meetings have been conducted to prepare for a smooth transition, and the 4castplus team has been knowledgeable and proactive in identifying potential issues ahead of integration. There are only minor areas for improvement. When preparing a new purchase order and a rate change is identified, the rate must be updated directly in the cost rate table. Entering the correct rate on the purchase order itself does not automatically save it for future use, which adds an extra step. Additionally, there are a few field terminology differences that may not align with all user preferences; however, this is largely subjective, and the current approach generally supports broader usability.
